What is a personal trainer?

A personal trainer is a physical fitness professional who develops and applies a personalised approach to physical fitness, by and large working person-to-person with a client.

A trainer might also assist an individual to assess their degree of Fitness and assist them to work toward a personal fitness goal through proper exercise instruction and personal motivation.
